Keep repeating these 20 to 25 times per day.

You will feel a tight pull in your abdominal muscles. Alternate this with the crunches to get a good workout.

Strength and weight training will help tighten up your belly but it also helps tighten up muscles all over your body. If you have never done this before the best way is to go to a gym. You would have to purchase a lot of equipment to do this at home, which would be very expensive.
There will be trainers at the gym that can help develop a strength and weight training routine for you. They will have you use pull bars, dumb bells, gymnastic rings, and strength bands, which are like large thick, rubber bands.
